Rules & Regulations while fishing with
Kankakee River Valley Guide Service
All anglers must have a valid Illinois Fishing
license while fishing with KRVGS.
Everyone must be in compliance with
all local, city, county, state, and federal laws.
Alcohol is not permitted on board or
while fishing. KRVGS reserves the right to
terminate any trip with any client who
violates the law without refund. For
safety reasons the Guide reserves the right
to cancel any trip before or during due
to unsafe weather conditions. Of course
your time would be pro-rated based on
$35 dollars per hour and a refund for any
balance would be returned by check
by the US mail service with in five
business days. If you break it, you pay for
it, out side of normal equipment
wear & tear. This is a acknowledgment
you have read and agreed to the terms,
conditions, and rules of KRVGS. All
dates for fishing trips are by appointment only.
All Trips dates will only be held with a confirmed
deposit. Deposit refunds will be return with a five
day notice of cancellation. When we agree on
A time call if you are going to be late. I will only wait
30 minutes past our schedule meeting time if
